Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I, MahendraÃÂ KumarÃÂ Sharma, Chairman of the company, extend warm welcome to all of you at this 23rd Annual General Meeting of your Company. I am informed that the requisite quorum is present. And I therefor call this meeting to order. I hope you and everyone in your family are safe due to COVID-19 pandemic, social instant norms and considering the safety of the members, this meeting is being held through video conferencing pursuant to the circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The shareholders have been provided with the facility to participate in this meeting through video conferencing, other audio-visual means and vote on the items of business to be transacted at the AGM. I'm participating in this AGM from Mumbai.
