Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Cuong Do, I'm a Director and CEO of BioVie Inc. I'm also the Chairman of this annual meeting. I hereby call this annual meeting of stockholders to order. On behalf of my fellow officers and directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to this annual meeting.

Dr. Joseph Palumbo, who is our Chief Medical Officer, and Ms. Wendy Kim, our Chief Financial Officer, are virtually attending this annual meeting of stockholders. In addition, Steven Gorlin, Richard J. Berman, Robert Hariri, James Lang, Sigmund Rogich, and Michael Sherman are virtually attending this annual meeting of stockholders. We also have Lee Tomasso of EisnerAmper LLP, the company's independent public accountants, virtually attending this annual meeting of stockholders. Michael Lee of Reed Smith, the company's outside securities counsel, is also virtually attending this annual meeting of stockholders.
