All right. We're going to get started. Thanks for joining us. I'm really happy this morning to have the Big Lots team here with us to walk us through the business and what's next. I'll start with a short intro. And I'll start with a couple of questions of my own. But we're going to open it up for questions from audience. Just raise your hand and we'll get the mic to you as soon as possible.

So Big Lots is a discount retailer, roughly 1,400 stores nationwide, offers value priced merchandise across a number of categories, undergoing a number of exciting initiatives to elevate the business both in-store and online. I'm happy to have President and CEO, Bruce Thorn in the middle; Jonathan Ramsden, CFO and CAO, all the way on the right; and Vice President Investor Relations, Andy Regrut, here to my direct right, this morning to give us a progress update and provide insight as to what's next for the company.
