Good morning, everyone, and thank you for attending the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Athena Technology Acquisition Corp. II. My name is Isabelle Friedheim. I'm Athena's Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairperson of the Board of Directors, and will be acting as Chairperson of today's meeting.
Before we start, I'd like to recognize some people that are in attendance. We have our Board of Directors, in addition to myself, including Kirthiga Reddy, Judith Rodin, Sharon Brown-Hruska, as well as the nominees for re-election, Randi Zuckerberg and Trier Bryant.
