Welcome, everybody. My name is Grant Straker. I'm the CEO and Co-Founder at Straker. I would like to welcome you all here to the AGM. Just before I hand over to our Chairman, just a couple of housekeeping notes. If there is a fire, just lead down at the bottom in front of the building and the toilets are just out through the door.

So this is a hybrid meeting, which is a little bit different to your standards one and we are online and physically here.
