Good afternoon, all, and thank you for joining us. I'm Mark Fortunatow, I'm the Founder and CEO of Spacetalk. For those of you who are not that familiar with the company, the company is a manufacturer of connected wearables devices. By that, I mean, power devices or wearable devices are all-in-one smartphones, watches, and GPS devices. And we specialize in two markets: for kids and for seniors.

For kids in young families, we provide the benefit of parents to be able to stay connected with the children and keep their children safe using all the benefits of a powerful smartphone. So in other words, phone calls, text messages, GPS lookup, location lookup without the dangers of the addictive apps and social media, open Internet, and YouTube you'd find in the young adult smartphone category. For seniors, we provide seniors with independence, dignity, and safety with the ability to contact their health -- their family or emergency service providers to help whenever they need to.
