Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining our conference call and webcast at such short notice. On the call today, we have our Managing Director and CEO, Craig McNally; our U.K. CEO, Dr. Andrew Jones; and our CFO, Martyn Roberts.

I'm absolutely delighted that today we've announced that we've entered into an agreement to acquire Elysium Healthcare, which is a leading acute mental health care business in the U.K. The acquisition is expected to complete during the first quarter of calendar '22.
