Welcome, everybody. Delighted to have you here today. Welcome to the 2019 Annual General Meeting for OFX Group Limited. My name is Steve Sargent. I'm the Chairman of the Board of OFX, and I'll be chairing today's meeting. The company's secretary has advised me, and as you can see, we have a quorum of at least 2 shareholders present, so I can declare the meeting open.

I would like to introduce to you the other people we have on the stage here. Immediately to my right, we've got Skander Malcolm, our CEO and Managing Director. We've got Connie Carnabuci, our Non-Executive Director; Lisa Frazier, our Non-Executive Director; Grant Murdoch, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee; Doug Snedden, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee; and Freya Smith, our Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary.
