Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining and welcome to our results presentation. I'm going to give an overview of our results and progress during the last half, then hand over to Stu to talk through the P&L and balance sheet and back to me for the outlook and then on to questions.

Let's get going, starting with our mission. Our mission is important in terms of always guiding the business and our people right around the world and what it is that we're seeking to do and how it is that we help our customers here and improve their lives.
