We'd like to welcome Joe Massaro, SVP and CFO of Aptiv, who most of you know; as well as Elena Rosman, VP of Investor Relations, to our conference. Joe, I'll spare you the typical go around the world and tell us about this quarter's production, not because I'm doing you a favor, but because Magna was the first up yesterday. And being also a large diversified global supplier, I think they did a good job of walking through the various markets. But so instead, what I want to do is go through the regions and -- because we usually talk about your product lines, and get a sense of growth over market in face of the various macro challenges in the regions.

So let's start with China. In China, you guided to 12% growth over the market for the year. And despite a softer kind of 4Q guide driven by GM North America, you still guided to a fairly significant step up in 4Q. So kind of, I mean, overall, what gives you the confidence in that? And then I'll kind of drill down in some of the segments.
