Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Caldwell. I'm AMD's Chairman of the Board of Directors, and I'll be chairing today's stockholders' meeting. I now call this meeting to order and welcome you to AMD's 2019 Annual Stockholders Meeting. It's our 50th year anniversary. I'd also like to welcome stockholders attending our virtual meeting, which is streaming live online.
