Okay. So let me start with introductions. I'm Laura Martin. I'm a senior media and Internet analyst at Needham & Company.

Let me welcome to the stage first, Paul Davis. Paul is Adeia's Chief Executive Officer prior to the spinoff of the product business from Xperi from the IP licensing business in 2022. He served as the Chief Legal Officer and President of the IP licensing business at Xperi Holdings. Before joining Xperi in 2011, he was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, where his practice focus was M&A, corporate securities, and corporate governance.

Keith Jones is also with me on stage. He is Adeia's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining in Adeia in 2022, Keith served as the Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Rambus. Prior to that, he was World-Wide Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Principal Accounting Officer at ShoreTel Inc.

Before joining ShoreTel, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at PDF Solutions. He's a certified public accountant
