Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you for joining us here this afternoon. Hopefully, you can all here and see us clearly. I'd like to welcome you to our 2020 Annual General Meeting for OFX Group. This meeting is being recorded so that we can upload it to our website at a later date. My name is Steve Sargent, I am Chairman of the Board, and I will chair today's Annual General Meeting to be held virtually as committed by the treasurer's coronavirus economic response determination.
The company secretary has advised me that we do have a quorum of at least 2 shareholders present, so I declare the meeting open.
