Good afternoon, everyone. And thank you for joining us at such short notice today. I'm Danny Malone, Amigo's Chief Executive. And with me in the room today is Kerry Penfold, our CFO; Nick Beal, our Chief Restructuring Officer; and Kate Patrick, our Investor Relations Director.

Following this morning's announcement, what I'd like to do in a moment is give a brief summary of where we are with both the capital raise and the lending pilot. I would then like to open the call to take your questions.
Today's announcement is clearly not the news we were hoping to share with you. We have worked continuously since we launched the capital raising pilot lending phase to secure the future of the business. During this time, the economic backdrop and consequently, the market conditions have deteriorated amid the process of raising equity capital significantly more challenging.
