Thanks, everybody. Restarting after a short break. Thank you for joining us again. We're super pleased again this year to have with us Uniti Group and their Chief Financial Officer, Paul Bullington; and Head of IR, Bill DiTullio, who I think most of you guys all know.

Unidentified Analyst -So I guess we start where we always start, which is I think about a year ago, Kenny started talking about kind of the value that he sees locked up in this business, that there's kind of 2 pieces to it. There's this kind of sale-leaseback business, maybe a triple net lease comp and then there's a fiber business. If you put these 2 things together, they're worth a lot more money.
But if the market isn't going to see that on its own, that Uniti is prepared to kind of contemplate forcing that to happen through some means, maybe transformative transactions and those sorts of things.
But we've been talking about it for a long time. And I want to get to some of the other things that have been going on in the last year. But
