Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the third quarter presentation for Europris. My name is Espen Eldal. And joining me today, we have CFO, Stina Byre, who will present the financial details. It's great to actually see that we have a live audience today despite the weather. And it's also a time that we are returning to normal after some years of COVID. And of course, we've been through a special period. It's been super sales and super profits for many retailers and most retailers have actually had a very good period. And now it's back to basic. Now it's back to hard work. And now we get a true test of which concepts that actually works in today's markets.
