Morning, everybody, and welcome to our 2022 Capital Markets Day. We seem to have chosen a day that the Prime Minister is going to resign, so I fear Wincanton won't be the biggest new story today, which obviously we've been planning on. But thank you very much for coming. Hopefully, you're impressed by our facility, Innovation Center. Hopefully, you'll be even more impressed by what you see on the other side of the wall and over at Cygnia this afternoon. But we're really delighted. I think it's been 6 years since we had a Capital Markets Day, absolutely delighted to see so many of you here, and we really can't wait to show off what Wincanton's up to and what we're doing, and how we're trying to drive to a more innovative value-adding future.
I think I know pretty well everybody in the room, and you've, over the last few years, heard quite a lot from me. Today is not about hearing lots from me, which you'll probably be relieved to know. Today is much more about me introducing our really -- some members of our really great team.
