Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Sonic Healthcare Limited's 2022 Annual General Meeting. And I'm Mark Compton. As Chairman of Sonic's Board of Directors, I will chair today's meeting. And isn't it great? I acknowledge we've got a number of people online, it's a hybrid meeting, but it's also lovely to see people in the room here at the InterContinental in Sydney and see shareholders in 3 dimensions again after a hiatus of 3 years. So lovely to see you back.
Before we start the meeting, I'm aware that we are spread across different parts of the country and possibly the world today.
