So welcome to our results presentation for the 2019 year-end. Just first of all, what we'll cover is I'll cover the introduction. Mark will go over the financial overview. I'll get into the operational overview and update on Poland, and then I'll talk about the prospects, and then we'll have questions at the end of that.
I just wanted to highlight again our purpose, which we changed last year, you may recall, where [I challenge you] to inspire people to do and be more. Now our old purpose used to be to provide expert leadership so retailers could run profitable retail stores. And we thought that was just too bland and too focused, and this has really made a massive impact in the business, with people actually wanting to make a difference with each other, with our customers, with our retailers and with our community.
