Good morning, everybody, and welcome. My name is Alice Bennett, Executive Manager of Investor Relations, and I'd like to thank you for joining REA Group's 2022 half year results presentation. Before we commence, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we are hosting our meeting in Melbourne, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and pay our respects to the elders past and present.
Today, you'll hear from REA's CEO, Owen Wilson; and Graham Curtin, REA's General Manager of Group Reporting. Unfortunately, our CFO, Janelle Hopkins has had to attend to a sudden family emergency, and is unable to stay with us this morning.
