This morning, you'll have seen our ASX announcement outlining that ore group has entered into a binding agreement to increase its ownership interest in the Indian Business Elara Technologies. I'm joined by Owen Wilson, our CEO; and Janelle Hopkins, our CFO, who'll provide an overview of our announcement as well as the structure of the transaction. We'll then have time for Q&A at the end of the session.
