Further to disclosures lodged on the Australian Securities Exchange yesterday and today, Rural Funds Management, as responsible entity of the Rural Funds Group, is pleased to announce a non-renounceable entitlement offer, which provides investors the opportunity to acquire 1 unit in RFF for every 8.4 units owned on the record date at a price of $2.47 per security. The entitlement offer has been fully underwritten, as announced.
