Thank you, and welcome to the call. Today, we'll be discussing the 2022 fourth quarter results for Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. The Royalty Corp. is a top line restaurant Royalty Corp. that earns a monthly royalty through a lease agreement with Pizza Pizza Limited. In exchange for the use of the Pizza Pizza and Pizza 73 trademarks in its restaurant operations, Pizza Pizza pays a monthly royalty to the partnership calculated as a percentage of Royalty Pool sales.
