Good morning. I'm Kenichi Hori, CEO. Thank you for joining us today. I will explain our progress in the second year of the medium-term management plan 2023 as well as initiatives looking ahead and give an overview of results for the fiscal year March 2022 and our business plan for the fiscal year March 2023. Then I will hand over to Masao Kurihara, Global Controller, who will speak on the results and business plan in more detail.
