Good morning, everybody. Thank you for coming to our AGM. I'm Kathleen Conlon, and I'm the Chairman of the Lynas Board. I'm pleased to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of the company. This is my first AGM as your Chairman, and it's also the first time that we've had so many shareholders joining us virtually during the pandemic. And we're very happy to also be able to have shareholders in the room. And I see a lot of loyal, long-standing shareholders here, so welcome here as well.
