Thank you, operator. Good morning, and welcome to the Karora Resources fourth quarter conference call. Before we get started, Paul Huet, Karora's Chairman and CEO, sends his regrets he cannot be in today's call as he completes critical preparation for his and his family's imminent relocation to Western Australia. Paul's relocation to Australia is a significant positive step forward for Karora as he is joining Graeme Sloan on the ground to lead our growth plans and strategic initiatives going forward.
