Okay. Thank you very much, and good morning, everybody. Welcome to our 2019 results call. There is a good bit of detail in advance of the results itself in the presentation that we'll either come back to in Q&A, or it's worth actually exploring yourselves in any event rather than taking up the call with it right now.
So if we could move directly into the results, that's on Slide #14, which is titled 2019 In Summary.
So in essence, we had a very good year actually. Revenue was up 7% to EUR 4.7 billion. Profit of -- trading profits just short of EUR 500 million, and basic EPS up 11% to almost EUR 2.05. All of the business has actually performed quite well in the year, both at an
