Good morning. I would like to welcome you to the Annual and Special Meeting of Indigo Books & Music Inc. My name is Heather Reisman. I am the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo, and I will chair this meeting. Other Board members and management are also joining us virtually. Once again, we are holding our annual meeting in a virtual format, and we are pleased that this platform permits shareholder participation regardless of physical location. That said, only registered shareholders who held shares in their name as of May 30, 2022, the record date of this meeting or their validly appointed proxy holders are entitled to vote and submit questions at this meeting.
