Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2019 Annual General Meeting for Incitec Pivot Limited. My name is Brian Kruger, and I'm very pleased to address this meeting as your Chairman. We meet today on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people, and on behalf of Incitec Pivot, I'd like to acknowledge them as traditional owners. We pay our respects to their elders, past and present, and the elders from other communities who may be here today.
Before proceeding to the formal business of the meeting, there are a few housekeeping matters to note. In the unlikely event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the directions of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre staff, who will assist you to exit the venue by the doors to my right. The Melbourne Exhibition Centre staff will then guide you to the nearest emergency evacuation assembly area. Exit signs are clearly visible throughout the venue. And if during the evacuation, you need assistance, please advise staff.
