Ladies and gentlemen, I am opening the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Heineken Holding N.V. Welcome, and as always, I have a few general remarks.
Please switch off your mobile phones and keep them off the entire meeting. During the meeting, taking photographs or video recording is not allowed due to the privacy of your fellow shareholders.
We have simultaneous interpretation, Dutch, English, at this meeting. So you can use the headsets on channel 2. And unlike the previous meeting -- questions asked in English will be answered in Dutch, like the previous meeting. And those who are hard of hearing can listen to the headset on channel 1. And as indicated in the convening notice, there will be a live audio webcast of the meeting.
Now we can proceed to the meeting formalities. I note, first of all, that all formalities for convening this meeting as stipulated by law have been observed. And therefore, valid decisions can be taken about all topics announced and items on the agenda.
