Karl-Ludwig Kley - E.ON SE - Chairman of Supervisory Board
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, shareholders. On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the management board, I'd like to welcome you to our Annual General Meeting. The 2019 Annual General Meeting of E.ON SE is thus open.
Before we move on to deal with the agenda of today, I'd like to inform you about several changes on the Supervisory Board and Board of Management of E.ON SE since the last Annual General Meeting. As per the end of the last Annual General Meeting, Ulrich Lehner, Theo Siegert, Denise Kingsmill, that was on behalf of the shareholders' side. And Tibor Gila and Silvia Šmátralová, that was on the employees' side left the Supervisory Board.
At the last meeting, we already said farewell to these colleagues. As for the shareholders' side, Klaus Fröhlich was elected effective as of the 29th of May, 2018; and as for the employee's side, Ms. Pinczésné Márton were elected as new members of the Supervisory Board, the latter being in effect as of the 9th of May, 2018.
