Thank you. Welcome to everybody. Hello. Today for us is our sort of surreal conversation because we are all spread out. Our CFO is in Monaco; and myself, I am in the middle in Italy in -- as you can imagine, closed up in a room. But anyhow, we are here to do our job, and we are going to do it the best way we can.
So let's go to the executive summary first. As you remember, in 2019, we had a share capital increase. The subscription have been basically subscribed by 97.3% of the right. And the remaining part is being private placed. So we basically had a capital increase amounting at EUR 44 million.
