Good morning, and welcome to Burberry's third quarter conference call. Slides are available to accompany this presentation on the IR section of the website.

In today's presentation, I'll spend the first few minutes running through our retail performance and sharing the progress we've made against our strategy, and then close with guidance. With me this morning is Annabel Gleeson, our Head of IR, and we will be happy to take your questions at the end.
