Well, welcome, everyone. Ladies and gentlemen, the Annual General Meeting of A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund will now come to order. My name is Susan Senecal, President and Chief Executive Officer of A&W Food Services of Canada and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Fund and A&W Trade Marks. Before beginning the meeting, I would like to comment on the procedure that we've adopted to hold this meeting. We have adopted this procedure in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need for all of us to do social distance. Our declaration of trust requires that we hold our annual meeting in person. However, these persons can't be present by proxy.
Kelly Blankstein hold the proxies for unitholders for the meeting. And in addition, Catherine Anderson is attending as the duly appointed proxy holder of the unitholder.
