Hi. Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks to us for joining us. We are very pleased today to have Mr. Tracy Krohn, Chairman and CEO of W&T Offshore. The company, for those of you who aren't as familiar, they're focused in the Gulf of Mexico, and they have a history of very attractive acquisitions. The company currently has 346,000 net acres in the Gulf of Mexico shelf as well as 78,000 net acres in the Gulf of Mexico deepwater.
So the company also has a strong history of generating free cash flow, which was not only used for acquisitions, but it also has been used to maintain a very prudent balance sheet.
