Thanks, Chequita. Good morning, and welcome to Valvoline's conference call and webcast. This morning, Valvoline issued a press release announcing that the company has signed a definitive agreement to sell the Global Products business to Aramco. Today's presentation should be viewed in conjunction with that release, a copy of which is available on our Investor Relations website at investors.valvoline.com.

The company also filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission today with information on the transaction. On this morning's call, we have Sam Mitchell, our CEO; and Mary Meixelsperger, our CFO.
