Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. I am Marc Zandman, Executive Chair of the Board, Chief Business Development Officer and President, Vishay Israel, and I will act as the Chair of this meeting.
