I am Marc Zandman, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and I will act as the chairman of this meeting.
Before proceeding to the business of the meeting, I would like to introduce the nominees for election to the Board of Directors of Vishay Precision Group, Inc. and other members of the VPG management team who are present at the meeting.
