Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our next discussion in virtual Nantucket. I'm David Katz, gaming, lodging and leisure analyst with Jefferies. And our next discussion is going to be with Marriott Vacations, VAC. And we're fortunate and appreciative -- very appreciative having the whole senior team this morning from Marriott Vacations. We have John Geller, who is president and CFO; Steve Weisz, CEO; and Neal Goldner who is Vice President of Investor Relations.

And timeshare is such an important aspect of our franchise, and we think so important to the recovery that's underway, particularly in the US but globally as well.
