So first question, and it's the feedback from the plan that you set out in October. The feedback I've had is that whilst people were constructive, there was also a feeling that they've heard some of these elements before. So the big question, I'm guessing, is what's really different this time? P&G took 5 years. Are there areas of low-hanging fruit? Or is it just going to take time to get some of this stuff fixed?
