I'm Marsha Askins. Welcome to our special press conference today. I'm joined by our Chairman, Colm Kelleher, our CEO, Ralph Hamers, and our incoming CEO, Sergio Ermotti. They will all make remarks followed by an opportunity to ask questions. So with that, let me turn it over to Colm.

You all, of course, have seen this morning's press release so you know that Sergio will take over as Group Chief Executive of UBS from Ralph Hamers.
