As to kick us off, Sweetgreen was one of the 2021 class of IPOs, really hot out of the gate after the IPO, but obviously, the macro backdrop has changed things a little bit, right? So I think where I wanted to kind of start off here before we dive into maybe some of the near-term business trends and longer-term thoughts is really, John, for you to take a step back and think about maybe what are the key 1 or 2 top learnings that you've had now that you've been a public company CEO for 6 or 9 months.
