Good morning, everyone. Kicking us up this morning is Reliance Steel and Aluminum. Reliance is the largest metal service center and processor in North America. It operates more than 300 locations in 40 states in the U.S. and has presence in 12 countries. The company has a very diversified portfolio and specializes in small orders with quick turnaround and increasing levels of value-added processing. Reliance is also well known for being a relatively high margin, consistent free cash flow generator. With us today are Reliance's CEO, Karla Lewis; and CFO, Arthur Ajemyan.
