Welcome back, and good afternoon, everyone. It's a pleasure for me to host this fireside chat with Frank Sullivan, CEO of RPM. Frank spent a couple of years out of college in the banking world, but joined his father at RPM and has been there nearly 35 years. So a year ago, Frank and I were sitting next to each other in 70 degree, in Fort Lauderdale weather.
