Okay. Well, thank you, and welcome, everyone. This is kind of exciting to do something new for our company, as it is happening with many companies in this country, to do this virtual meeting of our shareholders, the 96th annual meeting for our good Old Republic Company.
And we have a number of shareholders attending via the web portal address that was shown on our website as well as in the proxy material that was sent out in late March of this year. And also, as we show on the web portal, there are -- there is a meeting agenda as well as the rules we're going to follow for everyone's convenience.
