Good morning, everybody. Thank you very much for joining us. Before we move on to NatWest, I'd like to ask you at 3 questions on domestic U.K. banks. You can see them on your screen, and please do respond online.
I'll just run through them very briefly. So the first one is expecting U.K. domestic banks to distribute over GBP 20 billion of capital in the 3 years to 2023 compared to GBP 13 billion in the 3 years to 2019 is: one, reasonable; two, optimistic or three, pessimistic.
The second is on volume growth. So number -- question number two: U.K. mortgage growth is currently 5% a year. That compares to 2% in the decade post financial crisis, but 10% prefinancial crisis. This pace of growth is: one, sustainable; number two, can accelerate, we're only just beginning; number three, will slow, current demand is temporary.
And then the final question on profitability. A 10% ROTE for domestic U.K. banks is that: number one, realistic near term and sustainable; number two, will
