Good morning, everyone. I think we're going to go ahead and get started. Welcome to Utah. Welcome to Provo. And maybe most importantly, welcome to the mountains, right. These mountains inspire us every day when we come to work. And just so you know a little bit about where you sit on the globe, this right here, out here, out the window, is part of the Rocky Mountain ranges, the Wasatch front, the Wasatch Mountains and part of the Rocky Mountains. They sit on the western edge of the Great Rockies and this is the eastern edge of the Great Basin. This Wasatch Range is about 160 miles. It starts on the Utah-Idaho border and goes south 160 miles. So if you are low enough, I think, you can all see it, the peak that's just behind the front peak that's all covered in white is Provo Peak. And it was William Blake, the great English poet who said, "Great things happen when men and mountains meet." And I would add women and mountains meet as well. But we feel like great things happened 34 years ago when several entrepreneurs got together and started Nu Skin and we are still inspired today by what inspired them.
