Maybe first, we could just start off. You've had a lot of changes in the firm over the years. Some big ones or acquiring a bank? Maybe you could just talk a little bit about the evolution of LendingClub and where you are today?

Yes. So company started in 2007. Basic idea then unchanged today was retail banking was sort of the last frontier to be disrupted by technology and pay lendings a data problem and the customer experience is terrible and a product customer-focused tech company should be able to solve those.
