Thank you. Good morning. I would like to welcome everyone to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Lithium Americas Corporation. My name is George Ireland, and I'm the Chairman of the Board of Directors. In accordance with the company articles, I will act as Chair of this meeting.
