Okay, we'll go ahead and get started. Welcome to Nareit 2023 REITweek. My name is Michael Knott. I'm the head of US REIT Research at Green Street. Pleased to be here with you today to talk about InvenTrust.
InvenTrust, IVT is the ticker. It's a $1.5 billion market cap retail REIT, focused on Sun Belt markets and often with a grocer presence in its properties. Company listed its shares in 2021 after starting out as a non-trader REIT. And so, they've been public-listed REIT for almost a couple of years now.
So to my right, I want to introduce DJ Busch. DJ is the CEO of InvenTrust since August of 2021, who was CFO prior to that. We at Green Street are very proud of DJ. He's a Green Street [alumnus] and I think he's at least the second former Green Streeter that's a REIT CEO or former REIT CEO. So we're very proud of him and very pleased to have his company up here today with us.
